Cancel your contract here
Enter the email address on the contract. We send you a confirmation link. Only the click there cancels, so nobody can end someone else's contract just by knowing their address.
What happens next
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — paid time stays usable.
- You receive written confirmation with the time of receipt and the contract end date.
- Your data stays. Deleting it is a separate step.
- Logged in it is quicker: Billing.
