Download & upload
Download the plugin ZIP and install it under Extensions → My extensions → "Upload extension" in the admin, then install and activate.
Connect
Extensions → Mignuti Chatbot → Config: enter the project ID and secret from the Mignuti admin (Embed), pick the consent mode.
Live
Clear the storefront cache — the chat appears on every storefront page. Fine-tune visibility and design if you like.
Remember to add your shop domain under Embed → Allowed domains in the Mignuti admin.

Does the plugin work with Shopware 6?
Yes. The plugin is built for Shopware 6.5 and 6.6 and is installed via Extensions — no theme changes.
Is the chatbot GDPR-compliant?
Yes, with one caveat we state openly: platform data (database, files) sits on our own server in Germany. For the AI answer, chat messages – after automatic redaction of personal data – go to Anthropic in the USA (EU standard contractual clauses 2021/914); embeddings run via OpenAI (USA). If you do not want that, switch on EU-only mode per bot (Azure OpenAI EU). In GDPR mode the widget shows its own consent gate before the first chat (EU AI Act Art. 50), DPA included.
Do I need to code?
No. You upload the plugin ZIP under Extensions, enter your project ID and secret, and clear the cache. The loader is appended automatically.
Will the bot disturb checkout?
Only if you want it to. The plugin can hide the chat in cart, checkout and for logged-in customers so conversion stays undisturbed.
