Live in three steps
First: create a free account at app.mignuti.com and add a project. You'll find your project ID and secret there under Embed.
Download & upload
Download the plugin ZIP and install it under Plugins → Plugin manager → Upload in your shop admin.
Connect
Plugins → Mignuti Chatbot → Settings: enter the project ID and secret from the Mignuti admin (Embed), pick the consent mode.
Clear the cache — important!
Right after saving: System → Cache → "Clear entire object cache" AND "Clear entire template cache". Only then does the chat appear in the storefront.

Does the plugin work with JTL-Shop 5?
Yes. The plugin is built for JTL-Shop 5.x (NOVA template) and is installed through the plugin manager — no template changes.
Is the chatbot GDPR-compliant?
Yes, with one caveat we state openly: platform data (database, files) sits on our own server in Germany. For the AI answer, chat messages – after automatic redaction of personal data – go to Anthropic in the USA (EU standard contractual clauses 2021/914); embeddings run via OpenAI (USA). If you do not want that, switch on EU-only mode per bot (Azure OpenAI EU). In GDPR mode the widget shows its own consent gate before the first chat (EU AI Act Art. 50), DPA included.
Do I need to code?
No. You upload the plugin ZIP in the plugin manager, enter your project ID and secret, and clear the cache. The loader is injected before </body> automatically.
Will the bot disturb checkout?
Only if you want it to. The plugin can hide the chat during checkout and for logged-in customers so conversion stays undisturbed.
What does it cost?
