If you are based in the EU/DACH and value data protection: yes. Mignuti Chatbot is hosted on its own server in Germany, comes with a DPA and the EU AI Act notice out of the box, and offers an agency/white-label model.
Where is the data processed?
Platform data (database, files) stays exclusively in the EU (our own server in Germany, netcup). For the AI answers, chat messages – after automatic PII masking – are transmitted by default to Anthropic (USA, EU-SCCs 2021/914). For privacy-sensitive customers there is a per-bot EU-only mode (Azure OpenAI EU) — then no chat message goes to Anthropic anymore. Semantic search (embeddings) still runs via OpenAI (USA, EU SCCs 2021/914).
