Mignuti Chatbot is deliberately focused: a website bot that goes live in 60 seconds via a one-line embed, answers only from your content, and whose team roles (Owner, Admin, Editor, Viewer) are included with no surcharge per seat. As of 2026, according to public representations, no warranty.
Where is the data processed?
Platform data (database, files) is located in Germany (our own server, netcup). For the AI answers, chat messages – after automatic PII masking – are transmitted by default to Anthropic (USA, EU-SCCs 2021/914); embeddings run via OpenAI (USA). We therefore explicitly do not claim that all data stays in the EU. For privacy-sensitive customers there is a per-bot EU-only mode (Azure OpenAI EU). A DPA is included.
What does it cost to get started?
