Report illegal content

You believe something a chatbot run on Mignuti Chatbot says — or something stored in its knowledge base — is illegal? Report it here. This is the notice channel under Article 16 of the Digital Services Act (DSA). You will receive a confirmation of receipt and, later, our decision at the email address you provide.

Where is the content? The address of the website where the chatbot runs and what you asked it — precise enough for us to reproduce it (Art. 16(2)(b) DSA). Why is the content illegal? What exactly was output, and which law it violates in your view (Art. 16(2)(a) DSA). Your name Your email I confirm my bona fide belief that the information in this notice is accurate and complete (Art. 16(2)(d) DSA).

We process your details to review the notice and reply to you (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR in conjunction with Art. 16 DSA). Details in the privacy policy. To keep out automated submissions we load Cloudflare Turnstile after your first input. Knowingly false notices may lead us to stop processing further notices from you (Art. 23(2) DSA).

What happens next

You receive an immediate confirmation of receipt with a reference number (Art. 16(4) DSA).
We review the notice diligently and in a non-arbitrary manner (Art. 16(6) DSA).
We inform you of our decision with reasons (Art. 16(5) DSA).
