Chatbot for online shops — shipping, returns, availability — straight from your own shop content
The problem
Three quarters of all shop enquiries are the same four questions: "How long does shipping take?", "How do I return this?", "Does it fit my model?", "When is it back in stock?". Every unanswered question at the moment of purchase is an abandoned basket — and every answered one costs you an email that gets read two hours later.
How Mignuti Chatbot solves it
The crawler reads your shipping and returns pages, your FAQ and your product descriptions. The bot answers from those, with a link to the page the answer came from — so the customer ends up in the shop, not at a dead end. Ready-made plugins exist for WooCommerce, Shopware, JTL-Shop and Shopify; the widget is in place in minutes without touching a theme.
Questions it answers
- “How long does shipping to Austria take?”
- “How do I return an item?”
- “Which payment methods do you offer?”
- “What is the free-shipping threshold?”
- “Does this filter fit my model?”
- “When will size M be back in stock?”
But: how does it behave on MY site?

FAQ
Does the bot know my stock levels?
No. It answers from what is written on your pages, and stock levels are rarely reliable there. So for "is this still available?" it points to the product page instead of guessing — a wrong availability promise costs more than an honest handover. What it does reliably: delivery times, shipping costs, return windows and product details from the description.
Does the customer see where the answer came from?
Yes, by default every answer carries its source with a link. In a shop that is not decoration but the actual point: the customer clicks from the answer straight to the shipping page or the product. You can switch it off in the bot settings if you would rather not expose your site structure.
What about orders and personal data?
The bot has no access to orders and is not meant to. If someone asks about their parcel, it points to your tracking page or hands over to a person. Whatever a visitor types is masked for personal data before it reaches the language model, and conversation content is anonymised after 90 days.
